Established in 2002, the studio has extensive experience in architectural visualisation and the delivery of property marketing collateral, particularly within the prime residential & luxury brand sectors. Our team brings its technical skill set, design acumen and creative flair to every project, bringing to life our clients’ designs, concepts and vision.

Over the last 23 years ArcMedia has worked with some of the most high profile and active property developers and premium brands in the UK, along with award-winning architects, high end interior designers and respected creative agencies. We have built a reputation for being professional and easy to work with, taking pride in every job and insisting on an attention to detail which results in an image quality which has become our hallmark.

The studio is based in the North West of England and provides architectural visualisation, CGI, animation and virtual reality services to clients throughout the UK and Internationally. Our London satellite office is located at Green Park House in Mayfair.

COMPUTER GENERATED IMAGES ( CGI )

ArcMedia creates photographic quality CGI for the finest spaces, places and products. Working across the architecture, interior and marine sectors we deliver compelling CGI for marketing, communication and planning purposes.

We can help to position, promote and raise the profile of a development or product; support design concept and evolution; visualise a proposal in order to secure planning permission or gain customer approval; assist in marketing and selling off-plan.

ANIMATION

ArcMedia creates photographic quality interior and exterior walk-through/fly-through CG animations for marketing and communication applications. Using cinematic style cameras and editing we combine our 3D animation with motion graphics and live film footage to create compelling and effective CG films. VIEW SHOWREEL.

VIRTUAL REALITY

Oculus Apps provide some of the highest quality visualisation experiences currently available through the Quest 2 headsets. ArcMedia uses stereoscopic CG rendering outputs from our 3D virtual environments so that the viewer can be fully immersed in the virtual space. This provides a very convincing representation of how a proposed space or development will look and feel. The practical application of this visualisation method lends itself to the next generation of property marketing suites and can be utilised in numerous stages of the design process. For overseas and off-plan sales this is a game changer, putting potential buyers inside any room, apartment or amenity from anywhere in the world.
