BALLACROAK

Ballacroak is a prime, residential development opportunity for an extensive, contemporary Mansion on the Isle of Man. Designed by James Brookman the scheme includes 16,296 sq ft of accommodation including the main house, leisure complex and garaging, alongside 40 acres of agricultural land and 2 acres of private landscaped gardens and grounds.

Working closely with the James Brookman design team, we created a suite of images and marketing CGIs, to visualise the entire scheme in detail. Initially developing planning support imagery and photomontage visuals, followed by interior design visualisations that were developed in the final marketing and presentation CGIs.
