An individually designed, 1,600m2 contemporary residential property in Mon Port on the island of Mallorca, Infinity boasts spectacular views over the bay of Port Andratx and the mountains beyond. The stunning villa features an enviable curvilinear design and offers a lifestyle concept focused on spending time outside.

We created a CG marketing film and suite of marketing CGIs to generate off plan sales enquiries for the property. The 2 minute fly-though demonstrates the interior spaces flooded with light before moving out to the incredible pool deck where day turns to night and the viewer is treated to the stunning views, created using precision compositing of CGI with live footage of the site’s actual views. Th­e collateral was used across the agent’s digital and social channels to engage interest and inspire potential buyers.
